25/01/2011: Moscow terrorist attack condemned
"I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Moscow's airport which took place yesterday and has killed 37 people and injured many more. On behalf of the EPP Group in the European Parliament, I extend our sincerest sympathies to the families of those killed and injured in this savage attack on innocent people", commented Joseph Daul.
"There can be no justification for such an atrocity committed against civilians in a public place. I call on the Russian authorities to do everything possible to bring those responsible for this murderous act to justice."
